SEXUAL HARASSMENT IN INTERNATIONAL DOCUMENTS, AND COMPARATIVE OVERVIEW OF GOOD PRACTICES

Sexual harassment is a form of gender-based violence as well complex social issue that every society faces today. The United Nations and other international regional organizations have recognized sexual discrimination against women. By adopting documents delegating principles, they provided an important starting point in the drafting legislation that, at national level, prohibits harassment. This paper aims to analyze legal standards on harassment, through comparative analysis practices, out fact although domestic framework, general, line with standards, inconsistencies can still be determined several areas, but also certain good examples incrimination this phenomenon.
